  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Some products, such as personalized ( customized ) , final sale items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product details before purchasing.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
