1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 2- years warranty on all portable power stations purchased through our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for the duration of the warranty period.

2. What is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship: If your portable power station stops functioning correctly due to a defect in manufacturing, it is covered under warranty.
  • Battery malfunction: If the battery fails to hold charge or functions improperly during normal use, it is covered.

3. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse: Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or exposure to extreme heat/cold, is not covered.
  • Water damage: If the unit is exposed to water or moisture, this will void the warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear: Over time, battery capacity may naturally decline. This is not covered under warranty.
  • Improper handling or unauthorized repairs: Any repairs made by someone other than an authorized technician will void the warranty.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your portable power station has a defect or issue covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ecopowerflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect (if possible).
  2. Our customer support team will review your claim and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  3. You may be required to send the product back to us for inspection. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage.

5. Warranty Repair or Replacement

Once we receive your product and confirm it is covered under warranty, we will either:

  • Repair the product at no cost to you.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit based on the purchase price.

6. Warranty Duration

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. If your product is replaced, the warranty for the replacement product will expire based on the original purchase date, not the replacement date.

7. Shipping Costs

  • For warranty claims, we will cover the return shipping costs only if the product is found to be defective or damaged during delivery. If the item is not defective and the claim is not valid, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
